This seal tends to suffer from dry rot and degrades with time. Be sure to replace it before metal on metal contact occurs, destroying the paint work and allowing rust to develop.

When servicing the rear bumper, we recommend replacing the bumper shock seals, part # 91150531100 shock bushings, part # 91150522100 and base, part # 91150522001
