This conversion kit is necessary when installing the older generation, 2 in x 2 out, (1974 2.7 L RS style) heat exchangers or headers on a 911 3.0 / 3.2 L from 1976-89. All FVD Free Flow Exhaust Systems contain this kit, but we sell this separately for those purchasing components separately or if you need to replace parts.

6 Qty. Heat Exchanger / Header Gaskets
2 Qty. Heat Exchanger / Header to Muffler Gaskets
1 Qty. Oil Line – Engine Crossover Line
1 Qty. Oil Line – Crossover Line to External Thermostat
4 Qty. Heat Exchanger to Muffler Hex Bolts – M 10 x 35
6 Qty. Nuts - M8 - Gold Galvanized Coating
4 Qty. Nuts – M10 - Gold Galvanized Coating
6 Qty. Nuts - M8 - Heat Exchanger
2 Qty. Muffler Straps - Stainless Steel – Ø 168 mm – Width 25 mm
