FVD Exclusive Racing Clutch Kit - With Light Weight Flywheel (775 ft/lbs. max.)

Description

This kit contains a Sachs Racing clutch disc, made with sintered metal plates that have a higher friction coefficient than plates with organic friction. A Sintered Disc allows for higher transmittable torque and is more dirt and oil resistant. Sintered Disc’s aggressive start performance makes them very suitable for racing.

The lightweight flywheel allows the engine to rev more freely which means quicker acceleration, faster shifts and getting into the power band more quickly. It is an ideal kit for Highly Modified Street or Track Car. This kit can handle more torque (775 ft/lbs. / 1050 NM max.). But, please keep in mind that if you plan to use this on the street, the light weight flywheel will transmit a slight chattering sound into the cabin at idle. Also, this kit has an aggressive start performance (release window is very small), we do not recommend this kit for lightly modified or stock street cars.
