Description

Interested in more performance with an emphasis on more torque out of each corner at the track? Look no further than the Cargraphic Long Tube Header Set, perfect for any owner with a passion for motorsports. These headers are made from durable SS 304L Lightweight Stainless Steel and feature reinforced, lightweight, laser-cut flanges that are hand-welded and hand-ported into 2” (50.8 mm) equal-length, long tube primaries. The diameter is specifically designed for the displacement range and firing order (1, 6, 2, 4, 3, 5). Each primary tube is mandrel-bent, segmented, and back-purged TIG welded by hand to ensure strength and prevent stress cracks. The primary tubing leads to the custom-made, back-purged TIG welded, internally ported merge collector. The merge collector combines primary flow and increases the exhaust gas velocity, which broadens the engine's torque curve all the way to the horsepower peak. The design includes a factory-style 2-bolt flange that can accommodate the factory muffler, a Cargraphic muffler, or an FVD Brombacher Edition muffler.
